A Halloween Bubble Tea Special for Your Café, from the Kit in the Box
Ning MaShare
A café's Halloween bubble tea special can be one TeaJoy commercial kit under a seasonal name, with its strut card and window sticker. TeaJoy is the UK bubble tea brand behind cans, home kits and café kits, served in 800+ UK locations. On our lead time, order by Friday 16 October to have it a week before Saturday 31 October.
Our bubble tea menu guide for small cafés already suggests one seasonal special. This post walks one through for Halloween 2026, from the kit in stock to the day to order by.

Which TeaJoy kit is in stock for a Halloween bubble tea special?
Two kits were in stock when we checked on 2 October 2026: the Mango & Passionfruit Bubble Tea Kit, listed at £40 for 20 drinks or £140 for 80, and the Classic Milk Tea Bubble Tea Kit, £25 for 10 or £80 for 40. Passionfruit & Strawberry and Strawberry & Mango were unavailable.
| Kit | Drinks a box | Listed price | In the box |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mango & Passionfruit Bubble Tea Kit | 20 (80 as a case of four) | £40 (£2 a drink), £140 (£1.75) | 1.2kg syrup, 1.1kg popping boba, 20 cups, lids and straws, measuring cup, ladle, window sticker, strut card, training manual |
| Classic Milk Tea Bubble Tea Kit | 10 (40 as a case of four) | £25 (£2.50 a drink), £80 (£2) | 10 x 18g tea powder sachets, 10 x 50g instant tapioca sachets, 10 cups, lids and straws, window sticker, strut card, training manual |
What colourings are in the kits? What the pack prints
The colourings are the ones printed on each box. On the Mango & Passionfruit box, the mango tea syrup lists beta-carotene, and the passionfruit boba lists beta-carotene and caramel colours. On the Classic Milk Tea box, the instant tapioca lists caramel colouring. Nothing is added to either drink for Halloween.
How do you run a Halloween bubble tea special from the box?
Choose one kit, give its drink a Halloween name, stand the strut card by the till, brief the staff with the training manual and price it, then order by the date below. The drink itself does not change: it is the kit's own recipe, made in around 20 seconds.
- Choose the kit. One drink, one name. Still torn between fruit and milk tea? Which commercial kit a café should start with sets the two side by side.
- Name it on your menu board. The strut card stands by the till beside it and the window sticker goes in the window, one of each in every box.
- Brief the staff with the manual. Fruit kit: 300ml of water, 50ml of syrup stirred in, a spoon of boba, ice. Milk kit: 300ml of milk or plant milk, a sachet of classic tea powder stirred in, a sachet of instant tapioca, ice. Nothing is cooked, and a drink takes around 20 seconds.
- Price it. A drink costs £1.75 to £2.50 at listed prices, cup, lid and straw included. Margin at three example menu prices: how much you really make on a bubble tea. Cost of entry: how much it costs to add bubble tea to a café menu.
- Plan for the open box. Once opened, the fruit kit's syrup is used within 30 days, kept away from the sun, and the boba within 30 days at 0 to 7°C, so a box opened for Halloween runs on into November. Milk kit sachets are single portions, used straight away.
