Already got an order and something needs sorting? Email hello@teajoy.co.uk with your order details and what's wrong, and we'll take it from there. Still deciding between the cans and a home kit? Tell us what you fancy, ready-to-drink or a kit that makes four drinks in fruit tea, milk tea or matcha, and we'll point you the right way. The FAQs answer the common ones already, including how many drinks a kit makes, whether it needs boiling and what to add to it.
Cafés, restaurants and shops after trade pricing can email the same address with a rough idea of volume and where you're based. The wholesale page has the detail on stocking TeaJoy, and the trade guides go into running bubble tea as a menu item.
