Community
The TeaJoy community is the people who buy our canned bubble tea and home kits, then post about it: home brews, café stockists, food events and the odd keyring. You can follow the full feed at @teajoy_drinks on Instagram. Tag us in your own bubble tea photos and videos and we may feature you here.
Where you have spotted TeaJoy
TeaJoy has turned up at food community events, independent restaurants and small business pitching events across the UK. Here is where fans and partners have posted us from, based on our own Instagram feed.

- Great British Pitch, a Department for Business and Trade event hosted by Small Business Britain (November 2025): TeaJoy co-founder Jack Gaskin pitched the brand to international buyers.

- Mamalan Brixton, Brixton, London (August 2026): the restaurant paired a Foodtizen review with a TeaJoy boba and a Labubu holding one of our cans.

Making bubble tea at home
A good share of the TeaJoy feed is fans and the brand itself showing how simple a home kit is to use.
- Our Easter milk tea recipe uses the Milk Tea Home Kit: mix the tea powder with milk, stir in instant tapioca and ice, then finish with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and mini eggs. Full home kit range is in home kits.
- A matcha boba tutorial shows strawberry popping boba added to a creamy matcha base, made with the TeaJoy Home Kit rather than a café visit.
- One demo shows the bubble tea kit does not need the tapioca cooked first, just the syrup, boba and a shake.
- The TeaJoy commercial kit is built for cafés, restaurants, events and parties, with syrup, boba, cups, lids, straws, a measure and a ladle included. See more in recipes.
Moments
In May 2026, TeaJoy founder Ning spoke at Bread & Jam about how the brand scaled, noting that TeaJoy has sold 2.5 million bubble teas since launch and had recently added its first retail range, canned bubble tea, to that total.
In November 2025, co-founder Jack Gaskin represented TeaJoy at the Great British Pitch, run by Small Business Britain with the Department for Business and Trade, where more than 80 UK small businesses pitched to international buyers and TeaJoy found interested export contacts.
That same month, the TeaJoy team travelled to Taiwan and Vietnam for taste tests and factory visits while developing the current recipe.
In March 2026, TeaJoy launched a set of keyrings shaped like mini boba cups, cans and a Labubu holding a TeaJoy boba.
